Terms and Conditions:
Quotations
Quotation requests will be responded to within 24 hours unless the piece(s) incorporate metal in which case the response time will be 48 hours.
A formal Quotation form from Pacific Design Furniture will be provided and it is valid for a period not to exceed 60 days, unless extended in writing.
All inquiries for product will need a separate quotation provided by PDF.
Lead Times
Unless otherwise specified in Pacific Design Furniture’s Quotation or Sales Confirmation, Lead-Times are eight weeks from receipt of COM/COL.
Any changes made by Designer subsequent to the Sales Confirmation may add to the Lead-Time and will be communicated at that time.
Payment Terms
Standard terms are 50% deposit with the balance due prior to shipping.
Photos of the finished products are emailed to the Designer prior to shipping absent actual on site visit by Designer or Representative.
Upon receipt of 50% deposit, a formal Sales Confirmation will be provided the Designer confirming receipt of same as well as confirming details of order.
It is the responsibility of the Designer to review and compare these details to that of their Purchase Order.
COM/COL
All jobs are COM and COL. Pacific Design Furniture will provide the yardage/square footage needed and will be responsible for accuracy of such.
PDF does not return excess COM/COL unless specifically called for by the Designer on their Purchase Order.
Absent these instructions, PDF reserves the right to dispose of the excess COM/COL after a period of sixty days.
Shipping
Sales terms are FOB Pacific Design Furniture dock and title passes to the Designer upon pick-up of products by the carrier.
PDF packages all products for blanket wrap shipping including durable plastic bags and other protective materials.
For pieces calling for cartoning or crating, these are not included in our product quote and will need to be quoted separately.
Pacific Design Furniture strongly recommends white glove delivery services only.
Warranties
Pacific Design Furniture products are sold with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment given normal wear and tear. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
